I am a Private Money and Business Lender with national and international reach, specializing in strategic financing for real estate, business ventures, and investment opportunities. As Co-Owner of Golden Feather Investments, Inc., we provide access to over $100M in available capital, enabling us to fund transactions quickly, efficiently, and with flexible structures tailored to each project.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, I combine strong local market insight with experience across key U.S. markets and select international opportunities. My focus is on structuring and closing a diverse range of transactions, including commercial financing, ground-up construction, development projects, investment properties, and complex lending scenarios that often require creative solutions.

  • No, you do not. We have private money loans for first time investors that require 20% down with 100% of the rehab covered. Credit is not a key factor in your qualification. However, your score does depict your interest rate. With a combination of our off market properties and our private money loans, you can become a seasoned investor in no time.
