Great question, this depends on your income! We collect your financial documentation which consist of the following: one month paystub, 2 years federal taxes, W2s, 2 months bank statements, and the most important a credit report. Combined, this plays a key role in your qualification rate.

No, you do not. We have private money loans for first time investors that require 20% down. Credit is not a key factor in your qualification. However, your score does depict your interest rate. With a combination of our off market properties and our private money loans, you can become a seasoned investor in no time.
